NATIONAL LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN IN THE SPHERE OF MIGRANT RIGHTS PROTECTION

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the evolution of the national legal framework governing labor migration and the protection of migrants’ rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Highlighting the socio-economic significance of labor migration, the study reviews foundational constitutional norms, statutory laws, and the extensive body of presidential decrees and government resolutions enacted between 2018 and 2025.
