“TUHFAYI KHISLAT” — AN IMPORTANT LITERARY SOURCE

Abstract

This article examines the bayaz “Tuhfayi Khislat” by Sayyid Haybatullahkhoja Khislat - a representative of the Tashkent literary environment, compiler of bayazes, poet, publisher, scribe, and translator—on the basis of primary sources. The specific principles of the bayaz’s composition are identified, and its significance as an important literary source is substantiated.
