Abstract

This thesis scientifically analyzed the effectiveness of territorial innovation diffusion in reducing interregional economic disparities. The study systematized innovation generation, transmission, and absorption as a unified assessment chain. Using Global Innovation Index indicators, Uzbekistan’s innovation inputs and outputs were comparatively examined. The findings showed faster improvement in innovation outputs, stronger conversion capacity, and broader regional absorption opportunities. The proposed approach provided a methodological basis for evidence-based regional innovation policy and assessment of territorial convergence.
