Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of developing professional competence in future teachers based on spiritual ideals within the higher education system. The study scientifically substantiates the interrelationship between moral values, personal ideals, and the process of professional formation. The spiritual ideal is interpreted as a motivational, moral, and intellectual factor that plays a central role in shaping the teacher’s professional competence.
