Abstract

This thesis scientifically developed a model for optimizing production capacity utilization in textile industry investment project management. The study evaluated capacity loading, demand coverage, equipment availability, performance, quality, and reserve coefficients within an integrated framework. Linear programming and shadow-price analysis were used to justify investment decisions economically. The findings showed that optimal loading, reduction of internal losses, and concentration of capital on priority stages improved investment efficiency while strengthening consistency between operational and investment planning..
