This thesis analyzes the issues of improving the methodology for diversifying the innovative development of regional business structures. The study examines, through a comprehensive approach, the factors influencing the enhancement of innovation activity in regional economies, efficient use of resources, and deepening integration into external markets. Furthermore, the institutional, organizational, and economic mechanisms of the diversification process are systematically substantiated. The methodology proposed by the author contributes to increasing the competitiveness of regional business entities, developing innovative infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable economic growth.
