Abstract

     In the modern economic environment, textile enterprises need to implement an integrated and convergent approach to strategic management in order to maintain their competitiveness and develop, not limited to effective operational activities alone. Convergent strategic management is a management method that ensures harmony between various management processes, innovative technologies, resources and the corporate goals of the organization.
