Abstract

The article analyzes the legal, economic and infrastructural foundations of attracting investments to the agricultural sector in Uzbekistan. The content of the reforms being implemented in such areas as improving the investment climate, guaranteeing the rights of investors, creating tax and financial incentives, and improving infrastructure is highlighted. As part of the study, a monographic survey was conducted among farms and agricultural firms engaged in fruit and vegetable growing, identifying investment practices in the sector, existing barriers and needs. Practical proposals were also put forward to ensure information transparency by creating a digital platform, digitize investment processes, and increase efficiency in the sector
