Résumé

This article analyzes the motivational factors of independent learning in higher education and their impact on educational effectiveness. The role of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in the process of independent learning, as well as its importance in developing students' cognitive activity, creative thinking, and professional competencies, is examined. The study also substantiates the pedagogical conditions for organizing effective independent learning, the mechanisms for enhancing motivation within the credit-module system, and the application of modern methods and technologies. The findings contribute to improving the effectiveness of independent learning in higher education institutions.
