THE ROLE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ANDRAGOGICAL APPROACH TO ADULT EDUCATION

This article analyzes the andragogical opportunities of innovative educational technologies within the adult education system. It explores the essence and content of andragogical principles, the specific characteristics of adult education, as well as the theoretical and practical aspects of applying modern pedagogical technologies. In addition, the effectiveness of digital learning tools, interactive methods, and distance learning formats in adult education is substantiated. The research findings indicate that innovative technologies contribute to the development of adult learners’ independent learning skills, increase their motivation, and support the individualization of the learning process. The article provides scientific conclusions regarding the importance of innovative approaches in improving adult education.
