Résumé

This thesis examines the issues of improving the efficiency of the use of fixed production assets and working capital in cotton ginning enterprises from the perspective of financial mechanisms. The study substantiates that sector-specific factors such as seasonality, uneven cash flows, and slow capital turnover negatively affect the level of profitability in these enterprises. A financial mechanism aimed at increasing the profitability of fixed assets and working capital is proposed, and its structural elements and management directions are described. The proposed approach contributes to strengthening financial stability and improving production efficiency in cotton ginning enterprises.
