This article analyzes the importance of digital tools in strengthening the theoretical knowledge of teachers, developing practical skills, and forming creative thinking and innovative approaches. Methods for ensuring the process of personal professional development and reflection of teachers using interactive platforms, virtual simulations, multimedia resources, and electronic courses are also considered.
