Abstract

This research provides a comprehensive international legal analysis of the policy and practice surrounding the delimitation and demarcation of the state borders of the Republic of Uzbekistan with neighboring Central Asian nations (Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and the Kyrgyz Republic).

The research concludes that effective legal boundary demarcation serves as an indispensable tool for securing regional stability, fostering good-neighborly relations, and facilitating sustainable cross-border resource management.
