NEOBANKS AND THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL BANKING: TRENDS, CHALLENGES, AND STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITIES
Résumé
This article analyzes the economic essence of neobanks, their business models, and their role in the digital banking services market. The study employs comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, and economic-statistical methods to identify the advantages of neobanks in improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer-oriented services. At the same time, challenges related to cybersecurity and regulatory requirements are examined. The research findings contribute to identifying promising directions for the development of neobanks and serve to enrich the content of the “Digital Banking” textbook currently being prepared by the author with modern scientific and practical materials.
