EFFECT OF SEEDING RATE AND BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS ON POD FORMATION IN CROTALARIA
Abstract
According to the literature, the genus Crotalaria comprises approximately 600 species, of which only 6โ7 have been domesticated and are widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions for fiber production, green manure, forage, food, and medicinal purposes. Crotalaria juncea is also known as brown hemp, Indian hemp, Madras hemp, and sunn hemp, and is mainly cultivated in India, Bangladesh, China, Brazil, Korea, Pakistan, Romania, and Russia.ย
