METHODS FOR PREVENTING CHANGES IN BRAIN DISEASES
Abstract
The brain is the fundamental part of the central nervous system, controlling all physiological and cognitive processes of the body. In recent years, the increase in diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and stroke has increased the importance of preventive measures. Scientific research indicates that alongside genetic factors, lifestyle and environmental factors also exert a significant influence on the development of these diseases.
