DESCRIPTION AND CLASSIFICATION OF LEARNING TASKS THAT DEVELOP LISTENING COMPREHENSION SKILLS

This article provides a scientific and pedagogical description of the tasks that develop listening comprehension skills and their classification. The psychological and methodological features of the listening comprehension process are analyzed, and the content, form and methods of application of the tasks are justified. Also, when classifying the tasks, such criteria as their level of complexity, goal-orientedness, and suitability for the age and individual characteristics of students are taken into account. The article provides methodological recommendations for the formation of an effective system of tasks that serve to develop listening comprehension.
