Аннотация

Scar deformities of the dorsal surface of the foot represent a complex clinical problem in reconstructive plastic surgery, often leading to functional limitations, cosmetic defects, and patient discomfort. These deformities typically result from burns, traumatic injuries, or previous surgical interventions. Due to the thin soft tissue coverage and high mobility of the dorsal foot, surgical correction requires careful selection of techniques to ensure both functional and aesthetic restoration.

Combined plastic surgery methods, including local flaps, skin grafting, and adjunctive techniques, have been increasingly utilized to optimize outcomes. These approaches allow for better adaptation to defect characteristics, improved vascularization, and reduced tissue tension, thereby enhancing overall surgical success.
