Content-Based Language Teaching (CBLT) integrates subject matter with language instruction, providing learners with meaningful exposure to the target language while simultaneously developing their knowledge in various disciplines. This study explores the benefits and challenges of CBLT, highlighting its role in enhancing linguistic proficiency, critical thinking, and academic skills. By engaging with authentic content, students acquire language naturally and contextually, fostering deeper comprehension and retention. Despite implementation challenges such as the need for specialized teacher training and effective scaffolding, CBLT remains a highly effective approach to foreign language education in the modern era.
