THE INTERPRETATION OF DYSTOPIA IN ENGLISH LITERATURE ANALYSIS OF A. HUXLEY’S “BRAVE NEW WORLD” AND R. BRADBURY’S “FAHRENHEIT 451”

This article explores the representation of dystopian ideas in English literature through a comparative analysis of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World and Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451. Both authors depict societies where technological progress and social control destroy individuality, freedom, and intellectual independence. The study reveals how Huxley and Bradbury use dystopian imagery to warn against the dehumanizing effects of consumerism, censorship, and the loss of critical thought. By contrasting their visions, the research highlights the evolution of dystopian thought in the twentieth century and its relevance to modern civilization
