This thesis investigates linguistic and psycholinguistic approaches to communication processes in tourism discourse. Tourism communication is considered a multidimensional phenomenon that integrates language, cognition, emotion, and cultural interaction. The study analyzes how linguistic structures and psycholinguistic mechanisms influence tourist behavior, perception, and intercultural understanding. The research highlights the role of speech acts, pragmatic strategies, and cognitive-emotional factors in shaping effective tourism communication. The findings demonstrate that successful tourism discourse depends on the harmonious interaction of linguistic accuracy and psychological sensitivity.
