THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH IN PSYCHOLOGY

Abstract

This article analyzes the issue of occupational health and mental stability in psychology from a scientific and theoretical point of view. Based on approaches in Western psychology and national psychological traditions of Uzbekistan, the essence, factors and psychoprophylactic directions of occupational mental health are highlighted. Also, occupational stress, burnout syndrome and mechanisms for their elimination are analyzed
