Abstract

This scientific article examines the efficacy of a fluvalinate-based preparation, Flyutsin, against the parasitic mite Varroa destructor in honey bees. Field and laboratory experiments carried out during 2023-2025 in Samarkand and Kashkadarya regions assessed various concentrations of the drug in cage and field trials. Results indicated that doses of 1.0โ€“1.5 ml per 5 L of water achieved optimal mite control while maintaining bee vitality. Higher concentrations (2.0 ml/5 L) increased toxicity. These findings support the recommendation of the 1.0โ€“1.5 ml/5 L dose as effective and safe for practical use.ย
