MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING LABOR RESOURCE EFFICIENCY IN ENTERPRISES

This study investigates management strategies for improving labor resource efficiency in enterprises operating in Uzbekistan. Using a mixed-methods research approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative case studies, the research analyzes the effectiveness of various human resource management (HRM) strategies including training programs, performance management systems, incentive schemes, and digital HR tools. The findings reveal that enterprises implementing integrated HRM strategies demonstrate 47.8% higher labor productivity compared to those using traditional management approaches. The study concludes that a systematic, data-driven approach to human resource management significantly enhances enterprise performance and competitiveness.
