Cancer therapy, particularly cytotoxic chemotherapy and targeted treatment modalities, is frequently accompanied by a wide spectrum of oral complications, including mucositis, xerostomia, stomatitis, periodontal inflammation, and dysgeusia. These adverse effects substantially impair patients’ quality of life and may disrupt the continuity and effectiveness of oncological treatment.
