Bronchial asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in children, often beginning in early childhood. In preschool-aged children, diagnosis is challenging due to nonspecific symptoms, limited ability to perform functional tests, and overlap with other respiratory conditions. Early detection is essential to prevent disease progression, reduce complications, and improve quality of life.ย
