This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of increasing student motivation in the dual education system. It highlights the essence of the dual education model, its development based on German experience, and its gradual implementation in Uzbekistan. The article also explains the psychological foundations of motivation, including the theories of Abraham Maslow and Frederick Herzberg, in the context of internal and external motivational factors. Furthermore, the article demonstrates the importance of enhancing students’ professional interest, improving incentive mechanisms, providing psychological support, and utilizing innovative pedagogical approaches. The findings indicate that ensuring the effectiveness of dual education requires strong collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises, a student-centered approach, and systematic motivational strategies..
