Abstract

The authors present a clinical case of a pediatric patient with a foreign body (part of a pen) in the left main bronchus. The foreign body had been present for three months and caused minor symptoms. The patient underwent bronchoscopy under general anesthesia with mechanical ventilation. The foreign body was removed from the airway.
