THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The paper explores the theoretical basis for introducing digital technologies in construction enterprises. It emphasizes the need for technological modernization, innovative management, and human capital development to achieve sustainable growth. The study highlights the role of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), and Digital Twin in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing project quality. The proposed framework supports the digital transformation of the construction sector in line with the “Digital Uzbekistan 2030” strategy.
