This thesis examines the nature, etiology, psycholinguistic mechanisms, and correctional-developmental approaches to speech disorders observed in hard-of-hearing children. It analyzes auditory deprivation, delayed speech acquisition, phonetic-phonemic impairments, lexical-grammatical underdevelopment, and communication challenges. The study highlights modern correctional strategies applicable in special and inclusive education.
