This thesis analyzes the economic essence and significance of the mechanisms for organizing innovative cooperation in industrial enterprises. Effective forms of integrated cooperation between scientific institutions, higher education institutions and production enterprises are substantiated. Also, the directions of increasing production efficiency, accelerating technological modernization and strengthening competitiveness through innovative cooperation are highlighted.
