Abstract

The article provides a detailed analysis of the problems related to the involvement of minors in forced labor in Uzbekistan and the measures taken to prevent it. It discusses the negative effects of child labor on children’s education, academic development, and health. In addition, information is provided on the measures implemented and the adopted legal acts aimed at preventing the involvement of minors in forced labor.The article presents conclusions based on the statistical data of the International Labour Organization (ILO) regarding “The state of protection of child labor in Uzbekistan.” It also examines issues related to protecting the labor rights of minors in Uzbekistan, cooperation with other countries in this field, and the integration of foreign projects into the territory of Uzbekistan. Finally, solutions aimed at preventing the involvement of minors in forced labor are proposed.
