Ensuring gender equality in labor relations is one of the key socio-economic principles of modern society. This article discusses the challenges encountered in achieving gender equality, their causes and consequences, as well as ways to address these issues based on international and national experiences. It emphasizes the need to improve legal and institutional mechanisms, develop a system of gender audits, and implement policies aligned with international standards to ensure gender equality in labor relations
