The modernized onboard equipment can be divided into blocks, the relationships between which are shown in Figures 1 and 2. The information core of the autonomous robotic system of a mobile object is a portable personal computer (PPC), which runs an application implementing the control algorithm for the vehicle's movement along a route. Communication between the blocks is provided by wired connections via an RS-232 interface. Let's examine the composition and structure of the onboard system blocks in more detail.
