Abstract

This comprehensive study examines the multifaceted cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and international organizations, as well as foreign states, in establishing effective control mechanisms over new synthetic narcotic substances and combating their illicit trafficking. The research analyzes Uzbekistan's strategic partnerships with key international bodies including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The paper explores the evolution of Uzbekistan's legal framework, highlighting recent legislative reforms aligned with international conventions and protocols
