Author Guidelines
1. Manuscript types
- Research article — 4,000 to 8,000 words including references
- Review article — 6,000 to 12,000 words
- Short communication — 1,500 to 3,000 words
- Case study — 3,000 to 6,000 words
- Letter to the editor — up to 1,000 words
2. Manuscript format
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (provide PDF compile)
- Page size: A4, 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins all around
- Font: Times New Roman 12pt or equivalent serif
- Line spacing: 1.5 lines
- Single column, page numbers in bottom-right
3. Required sections (in order)
- Title — concise, ≤ 20 words, informative
- Author block — full names, ORCID iDs, affiliations, corresponding author email
- Abstract — 200–300 words, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
- Keywords — 5–8 terms, comma-separated
- Main text — Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion (IMRaD)
- Funding and conflict-of-interest statements
- Ethics approval statement (if applicable)
- References — APA 7th edition by default; IEEE and Harvard accepted on agreement
4. Figures and tables
- Embed within the manuscript at the relevant location
- Provide separate high-resolution source files (PNG/TIFF ≥ 300 DPI, or vector SVG/EPS)
- Number sequentially: Figure 1, Table 1, etc.
- Captions: below figures, above tables
- Permissions required for any reused third-party material
5. Submission
- Register on the conference OJS portal at uniconflix.com
- Click "Make a Submission"
- Complete the five-step submission wizard
- Upload the manuscript and supplementary files
- Confirm submission and note your submission ID
6. After acceptance
- Copyediting within 24–48 hours
- Author proof review (72 hours response window)
- Final publication with Zenodo DOI
- Article processing charge invoiced (10 USD)
