This paper discusses the central role of emotional intelligence (EI) in the learning process. It offers an analysis of how emotional intelligence supports increased learning, improves teacher–student relationships, and assists in overall individual growth. The paper emphasizes emotional awareness, self-regulation, and empathy in building an accepting and positive classroom culture.
