Résumé

This thesis proposes practical directions for developing market entry of new insurance services, structured around five pillars: (1) customer-and-risk intelligence, (2) product oversight and governance across the product lifecycle, (3) actuarial pricing and capital-aware profitability under contemporary reporting standards, (4) distribution strategy in a digitalized ecosystem, and (5) post-launch monitoring with rapid iteration and consumer protection. Regulatory expectations increasingly require an identified target market, assessment of relevant risks to that market, and alignment between product design and distribution channels. The paper also highlights how technology-driven innovation (InsurTech) reshapes underwriting, claims, and customer engagement, making digital capability a core entry requirement rather than an optional add-on.
