Résumé

This article examines the effective utilization of labor potential in small business enterprises within the context of a market economy. The study aims to analyze the structural components of labor potential and identify mechanisms that enhance productivity and competitiveness in small firms. A qualitative and analytical methodology was employed, including comparative and systemic approaches. The findings indicate that efficient use of labor potential in small businesses depends on multifunctional skills, flexible management, motivation systems, and investment in human capital. The study concludes that optimizing labor potential significantly contributes to sustainable growth and innovation in small enterprises..
