CLINICAL AND ANATOMICAL CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING SURGICAL TACTICS IN PATIENTS WITH GENITAL PROLAPSE AND BENIGN TUMORS OF THE UTERUS AND ITS ADNEXA
Abstract
This thesis presents clinical and anatomical criteria influencing the choice of surgical tactics in patients with genital prolapse combined with benign tumors of the uterus and adnexa. The study evaluates factors associated with organ-preserving and radical surgical approaches. Particular attention is paid to reproductive plans, menopausal status, compression symptoms, POP-Q stage, and tumor characteristics. The results show that surgical tactics in combined pathology should be based on a complex assessment of clinical, anatomical and reproductive criteria.
