In the modern digital era, information has become the most valuable asset, and therefore, protecting it from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction is a fundamental necessity. This article thoroughly analyzes the main methods and systems of information protection, including technical, cryptographic, organizational, and legal approaches. It also discusses the essential principles of information security such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability, while emphasizing the growing importance of data protection in the face of increasing cyber threats. Moreover, the article highlights how integrated security systems and continuous awareness training contribute to building a sustainable and trustworthy information environment.
