ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ПОДГОТОВКИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ К АДАПТИВНОМУ ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЮ С ИИ
Аннотация
Статья посвящена разработке, теоретическому обоснованию и экспериментальной проверке педагогической модели подготовки будущих учителей к проектированию адаптивных учебных процессов с применением инструментов искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Актуальность исследования определяется противоречием между стремительным вхождением генеративного ИИ в образовательную практику и отсутствием научно верифицированных педагогических механизмов, обеспечивающих готовность учителей к его педагогически обоснованному применению. Модель включает шесть структурных блоков и реализуется посредством четырёх взаимосвязанных механизмов: мотивационно-ценностного, познавательно-усвоительного, деятельностно-проектировочного и рефлексивно-личностного. Эмпирическую основу составляет педагогический эксперимент (n = 132; ЭГ = 66, КГ = 66; два университета Узбекистана), реализованный в 2024–2025 учебном году. Применялись t-критерий Стьюдента, критерий χ² Пирсона, показатель d Коэна. По итогам формирующего эксперимента в ЭГ зафиксирован статистически достоверный рост по всем четырём механизмам (p < 0,001; d = 3,48–5,60). Разработанный авторский курс «Проектирование адаптивных учебных процессов на основе ИИ» и программная система «TALIA» (Teacher’s Adaptive Learning Intellect Assistant; Google Gemini API; свид. DT 202606091) рекомендуются для внедрения в систему высшего педагогического образования.
