This thesis discusses the issue of developing pedagogical education as an important and necessary factor in the effective management of primary education. Improving the quality of primary education in the modern education system is directly related, first of all, to the level of professional training of pedagogical personnel, management competencies, and the use of innovative approaches. The thesis analyzes the issues of improving the content of pedagogical education, ensuring the continuous professional development of teachers, and introducing effective management mechanisms in educational institutions. It also substantiates the importance of modern pedagogical technologies, digital tools, and strategic planning in managing the primary education process. The results of the study indicate the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of primary education management and improving the quality of education through the development of pedagogical education
