METHODS FOR ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TEACHING ANATOMY IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION USING A DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH

This article examines the importance of teaching anatomy to students majoring in physical education through a differentiated approach. It analyzes key issues related to developing medical and scientific literacy among future teachers, applying anatomical knowledge in practical settings, and adapting physical exercises to promote health. The differentiated approach enables customization of the learning process by accounting for students’ individual characteristics, knowledge levels, and interests in specific sports. The article also substantiates the need to foster analytical, creative, and practical skills through anatomy instruction and to develop competencies that contribute to strengthening students’ health and professional readiness.
