Abstract

The preparation of future engineers increasingly relies on electronic learning resources, which provide innovative opportunities for professional training. Moreover, the article emphasizes the changing role of teachers—from information transmitters to learning facilitators—and discusses challenges such as digital accessibility, instructional quality, and assessment of practical competencies. As a result, it proposes recommendations for curriculum designers, educators, and policymakers to improve the methodology of training future engineers through well-structured digital environments. Ultimately, e-learning resources, when pedagogically designed, can significantly enhance professional competencies and promote lifelong learning attitudes among engineering students.
