Псориаз является хроническим иммуновоспалительным заболеванием кожи, характеризующимся рецидивирующим течением, эритематозно-сквамозными высыпаниями и выраженным снижением качества жизни пациентов. Несмотря на широкий спектр терапевтических подходов, поиск эффективных и безопасных средств местной терапии остаётся актуальной задачей современной дерматологии, особенно при лёгких и среднетяжёлых формах заболевания. В этом контексте особый интерес представляет крем Skinkea, обладающий противовоспалительными и восстанавливающими свойствами.
