Abstract

In the conditions of a modern market economy, small business and private entrepreneurship serve as the primary driver for sustainable economic development, creating new jobs, increasing household incomes, and fostering a competitive market environment. The level of timely and adequate provision of financial resources plays a decisive role in ensuring the successful operation and competitiveness of small business entities.
