This thesis covers the theoretical and methodological foundations of integrating the harmony of national and world musical art into the educational process. The study analyzes the interrelationship of national musical heritage and world musical experience, their pedagogical potential and significance in increasing the effectiveness of musical education. Also, the content structure, components and mechanisms of its implementation of an educational model based on the harmony of national and world music are developed. This model provides the basis for the development of musical thinking, aesthetic taste, intercultural competence and creative activity in students
