GREEN KARAKALPOGʻISTAN INITIATIVES AND ECOLOGICAL PROJECTS

The “Green Karakalpakʻistan” initiatives are a complex of important programs aimed at ensuring the ecological stability of the region, rational use of natural resources, and raising the ecological culture of the population. These initiatives are aimed at mitigating environmental problems in the Aral Sea region, slowing down the desertification process, and expanding green areas. Within the framework of the project, planting of fertile plant species, creating protective forests against wind erosion, and introducing water-saving technologies play an important role. Also, environmental safety is being strengthened through the use of renewable energy sources, the development of waste sorting and recycling systems. The “Green Karakalpakʻistan” environmental projects are aimed not only at protecting nature, but also at improving public health, serve to create new jobs and contribute to the socio-economic development of the region. These initiatives are of great importance in the formation of a scientific, practical and innovative approach to environmental problems in the region..
