Résumé

The institution of citizenship defines a permanent political and legal relationship based on the recognition and respect for human dignity, fundamental rights, and freedoms, expressed through the set of mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between an individual and the state. The institution of naturalization — one of the derivative ways of acquiring citizenship — serves as a central mechanism in modern legal states for regulating migration processes, ensuring integration into society, and protecting national security interests..
